OBJECTIVE: To improve the investigation and prosecution of child abuse cases by teaching investigators/prosecutors adolescent sexual misconduct incidence statistics and best practices for identifying abuse factors that increase a child’s risk to act out sexually.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Only law enforcement, prosecutors and advocacy center forensic interviewers may register. This training is a part of the DCS Advanced Investigations Academy, and all DCS spots at this training have already been filled.
