Objective: To improve the follow-up care for children who were involved in abuse cases by introducing non-investigators to:
- forensically-informed treatment
- the process of victimization
- forensic interviewing techniques and how reliable information is gathered in a child-sensitive, developmentally-appropriate, and legally-defensible manner.
Who Should Attend: Non-investigative professionals with duties that include or will include dealing with children who are involved in abuse cases.
