CONTINUING FORENSIC INTERVIEW TRAINING

Prerequisite: Advanced Forensic Interview Training

OBJECTIVE: To continue to improve techniques for investigative interviews of children and in order to reduce additional trauma to the child victim. This course is focused on the latest research-based techniques recommended for use in the forensic interview.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: This training is exclusively for lead investigators of child maltreatment crimes, including detectives, DCS investigators, designated Forensic Interviewers, and Prosecutors who completed the Advanced Forensic Interview Training before 2018.

Participants will get a one-hour lunch break on their own.
