8:00 am - 4:00 pm
The Dare to Lead™ program offers a path to becoming a more courageous leader by developing four key skills that can be taught, observed and measured:
- Rumbling with Vulnerability
- Living into Our Values
- Braving (or Building) Trust
- Learning to Rise (Resilience)
The foundational skill of courage building is the willingness and ability to rumble with vulnerability. Our ability to be daring leaders will never be greater than our capacity for vulnerability. Without the ability to lean into vulnerability, the other three skills are impossible to develop and put into practice.
The skills that make up courage are not new; they have been inspirational leadership skills for as long as there have been leaders. Dare to Lead™ provides us with the language, tools, practices and behaviors that are critical for building and sustaining courage as a leader.
