Course Descriptions
Effective Use of Child Victims and Witnesses – To improve the investigation and prosecution of child abuse cases by teaching investigators/prosecutors child victim testimony protocols and witness techniques.
Statute of Limitations – Child Maltreatment Cases – This presentation will address the Arizona statute of limitations as it applies to sex offenses and child abuse cases. Participants will learn how to apply the many changes to the statute over the years to their cases.
Who Should Attend
This training can be attended only by professionals with duties that include investigating child maltreatment crimes, such as law enforcement, DCS investigators, and Prosecutors.
